Gettin’ my mind right!: Brainpower Essential Oil

Hi Everyone!

I want to talk about how I use essential oils to help me focus.  Write now, I am in graduate school and all I do is WRITE!! And I will admit, sometimes, it’s hard for me to stay focused.  And in graduate school, it will be a great benefit to you if you have the ability to stay focused.

So, I thank God for essential oils!

One oil that I’ve used (and still use) to help me to stay focused and get my mind right is Young Living’s Brainpower essential oil. This oil has been a gamechanger for me! And I rely on it heavily.

It is a combination of oils, but one of the oils in it that I really love is Frankincense.  Frankincense, back in the day, was believed to be a “holy” oil and was only used by High Priests of God.  In fact, as you may remember, Frankincense was one of the gifts given to Baby Jesus by the Three Wise Men (that’s why I thanked God for this oil!)

When I use this oil, I apply ONLY 1-2 drops of it on the back of my neck (only use 1 or 2 drops because it is VERY concentrated and intense).  I also apply the drops on the back of my neck because that is the base of the brain.  And as I am applying this oil, I affirm to myself: “I am focused. I am relaxed.  I am have clarity of thought”.

After about an hour of applying this oil, YOU WILL SEE A DIFFERENCE!  When I use it, I notice that I am more focused that day and I am not easily distracted by all of these other distractions.  This oil has really helped me on my path towards wellness because it helps me to stay focused on doing the right thing.  I am not easily distracted when I use it.

Be Blessed,

K. Rose
